Booking & Cancellation Policy

BOOKING

Deposit of 50% (or 30% for longer stays) by Bank deposit or PayPal.

CONFIRMATION

Rooms are only confirmed when deposit is received and a confirmation email
sent from the desk of The Hummingbird

CANCELLATION

Over 8 days : 100% refund less 10% Admin charge

8 days and under: 50% of booking

Under 48 hrs.: Full Amount Payable

We reserve the right to cancel bokings at any time in which case we will provide alternative accommodation if necessary.
Deposits are not transferable.

Please note: At peak times (school holidays, bank holidays and special events in Tobago) the above cancellation policy will only apply if the room is re-let (i.e. refunds will only be paid if the room is re-let).

Early Check in Charge

Before 9am. Full nightly rate
Between 9am to 3pm. US$20
Between 12 and 3pm US$10

Late Check out Charge

Up to 3pm US$10
After 3pm US$20
After 6pm US$ Full daily rate

Please note:

The late check out /check in option is dependant on availability and cannot be booked in advance.

We do NOT have hourly tariffs.
