Booking & Cancellation Policy

BOOKING

Deposit of 3 days by Bank transfer or Credit card.

CONFIRMATION

Rooms are only confirmed when deposit is received and a confirmation email
sent from the desk of The Hummingbird

CANCELLATION

Over 7 days : 100% refund less 10% Admin charge

Under 7 days: 50% of booking

Under 48 hrs.: Full Amount Payable

We reserve the right to cancel bokings at any time in which case we will provide alternative accommodation if necessary.
Deposits are not transferable.

Check in: 3pm

Check out : 12 noon

Early Check in

Before midday US$20
Between 12 and 3pm US$10

Late Check out

Up to 3pm US$10
After 3pm US$20
After 6pm US$ Full daily rate

Please note:

The late check out option is dependant on availability and cannot be booked in advance.

For our guests who stay 7 nights or more, we waiver the cost of late checkout up to 6pm.

For late checkout, you may have to change rooms.

We do NOT have hourly tariffs.
